Craig A. Lerman
President & Chief Executive Officer
Craig has served as LTW’s President since its formation and was the founder of its predecessor company. He is intensely focused on our clients and the strategic vision of LTW’s product and service offerings and corporate management responsibilities. Craig is the driving force behind LTW’s philosophical approach of designing integrated solutions based on open technology standards, interoperability and scalability. Combining an intimate knowledge of LTW’s customer base with an in-depth expertise in wireless communication and network technologies, Craig leads LTW’s client-facing and technology initiatives. Prior to LTW, Craig served as President of CAD Consultants, Inc., an engineering design firm which he founded and managed for seven years before selling it to a publicly traded company. Before that, Craig worked as a design engineer at Bell Labs and Becton Dickinson. He is an honors graduate of the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he received a BS in electrical engineering, and is a member of the Tau Beta Pi National Engineering Honor Society.
Sean M. Beim
Vice President, Operations
As one of LTW’s longest standing employees, Sean has been involved in every project that LTW has completed over the past ten years. With a wealth of industry knowledge gained from working in every facet of LTW, Sean provides management oversight and serves as project advisor on every one of LTW’s projects. Sean is responsible for the operational efficiency of the company and plays an integral part in identifying and executing LTW’s long term vision. Sean is a graduate of Pennsylvania College of Technology where he received a BS for Engineering Design Technology from the School of Industrial, Computing & Engineering Technologies.
Controller & Director of Human Resources
Amarpreet is a key member of our team serving both as a Controller and Director of Human Resources. As a Controller, she leads the Finance Department providing fiscal management oversight. She is responsible for financial management systems, internal controls & reports, and directs performance & financial audits. As a Director of Human Resources, her areas of responsibility include recruitment and staffing, employee benefits, compensation & classification, payroll information management, and learning & leadership development. With over 30 years of experience in the field, she has an intensive knowledge of business accounting principles & practices. Amarpreet graduated Summa-Cum-Laude from the City University of New York- Queens College, where she received a BS in Accounting. Later, she received her Master of Accountancy from Rutgers Business School in Newark.
